Carlos Medina is a Drilling Geologist with 12 years of formation evaluation and drilling geology experience across the Permian Basin and DJ Basin. He specialises in real-time lithology identification, mudlogging data integration, and bit optimisation, guiding drilling decisions that reduce NPT and improve footage drilled per day.

Carlos is a graduate of the University of New Mexico with a B.S. in Earth and Planetary Sciences. He has logged over 500 wells in his career and is a member of the AAPG.
