Elena Vasquez, VP of Field Operations, has 15 years of wellsite geology and directional drilling experience with major operators across the Eagle Ford, Permian Basin, and Bakken. Previously with Schlumberger Consulting Services, she brings deep expertise in real-time formation evaluation and geosteering decision-making.

Elena leads our onsite teams to deliver consistent wellbore quality and maximise reservoir contact on horizontal wells. She holds a B.S. in Geology from the University of Texas at Austin.
